Holding Fee
Fee covers the costs of full referencing and credit checks for up to two applicants, including contacting employers/previous landlords, and also the tenant’s share of contract negotiation, agreeing terms, arranging the tenancy & drawing up agreements, including coordinating signing.
Renewal of Tenancy Agreement
Providing the landlord has consented to the renewal.
Late Rent Reminder Letter
To cover the costs of time spent drawing up the letter and postage costs.
Breach of Tenancy Agreement Letter
To cover the costs of time spent drawing up the letter and postage costs.
Missed Appointment Fee
To cover the costs of time spent by staff, travel costs and rearranging an appointment.
Replacement Key
To cover the costs of having replica keys cut and time spent doing so.
Replacement Key Fob
To cover the costs of arranging a new working fob to be supplied and the fob itself.
Locksmith Call Out
To cover the costs of time spent coordinating a locksmiths attendance and any travel costs incurred.
Tenancy Security Deposit – Equal to one month’s rent**
Pet Security Deposit – £100 per pet**
Upon application to commence a tenancy, the Administration & Holding fee will become payable, along with any additional applicant fees and guarantor fees. Then, upon successful completion of referencing, the security deposit will be payable. The 1st Month’s rent & pet deposits will become payable upon commencement of the tenancy.
